教育部重庆市人民政府来华留学联合奖学金项目由教育部、重庆市人民政府共同设立。项目采取“个人申请、院校推荐、专家评审、择优录取”的原则，选拔具有优秀学科背景、专业能力及未来发展潜力的国际学生。项目相关内容简介如下：

Scholarship Project for International Students Jointly Sponsored by the Ministry of Education of China and Chongqing Government .The program is based on the principles of "individual application, institutional recommendation, expert assessment and selection on the basis of merit", and selects international students with excellent academic background, professional ability and future development potential. A brief description of the program is as follows:

一、招生类别/ Admission Category:

全日制本科生、硕士研究生、博士研究生

Full-time Postgraduates: Undergraduate candidates、Master's degree candidates、Ph.D. candidates.

注：该奖学金本科项目不招收英文授课专业

Note:The Joint Scholarship Program is not open to undergraduate students majoring in English.

二、招生对象/ Target students:

2026年9月入学新生

四、申请条件/ Eligibility:

1. 非中国籍公民，身心健康；

Non-Chinese citizens and be in good health both mentally and physically;

2.申请攻读本科者，年龄在30岁以下；拥有高中及以上毕业证书；HSK 4级200以上（在有效期内）；

Aged 30 or under,Possession of a high school diploma or above,HSK Level 4 with a score of 200 or above (valid);

3. 申请攻读硕士学位者，年龄不超过35周岁, 须具有学士学位；

Be a bachelor's degree holder under the age of 35 when applying for master's programs;

4. 申请攻读博士学位者，年龄不超过40周岁，须具有硕士学位；

Be a master's degree holder under the age of 40 when applying for Ph.D. programs;

5.申请以英文为专业教学语言的攻读硕士、博士学位者，英文水平须达到：

硕士：托福80，单科不得低于20分或 雅思6.0，单科不得低于5.5分。

博士：托福85，单科不得低于21分或 雅思6.5，单科不得低于6.0分。

Have acquired the English proficiency：

Master: TOEFL 80 with no section less than 20 or IELTS 6.0 with no band less than 5.5.

Ph.D: TOEFL 85 with no section less than 21 or IELTS 6.5 with no band less than 6.0.

6. 学术成绩要求4分制GPA须在3.3分以上，百分制83分以上。

Cumulative GPA must be 3.3 and above out of 4.0, grade score 83 and above out of 100.

7.来华留学本科入学学业水平测试（CSCA）成绩单。申请攻读学士学位者须在申报截止日期前报名参加CSCA并取得有效成绩单（申请2026年9月入学的，须报名参加2025年12月21日或2026年1月25日的CSCA考试）。申请专业所需的必考测试科目请联系志愿院校查询获取。

CSCA Score Report.Applicants seeking to pursue a bachelor's degree must register for and take the CSCA before the application deadline, and obtain a valid Score Report.Please contact the target institution to inquire about and obtain the required testsubjects for the applied major. Applicants intending to enroll in September 2026 are required to register for and take the CSCA on December 21, 2025, or January 25, 2026.

五、奖学金内容/ Scholarship Coverage:

1. 免学费 Tuition waiver

2. 提供免费校内住宿 Free on-campus accommodation

3. 提供奖学金生活费 Monthly living allowance

本科生2500元/月 Undergraduate students:2,500 CNY/month

硕士研究生3000元/月 Master students:3,000CNY/month

博士研究生3500元/月 Ph.D. students:3,500CNY/month

4. 提供来华留学生综合医疗保险 Medical Insurance of International students

六、申请步骤/ Application Process:

第一步

Step 1

申请人须在“留学中国”网站http://www.campuschina.org和“西南大学国际学生在线服务平台”网站https://swu.17gz.org同时提交申请。西南大学的机构代码为10635，留学项目种类为B。

注：请使用同一个邮箱进行申请。

Submit applications at "CSC Study in China"website http://www.campuschina.org and “SWU International Student Service system” websitehttps://swu.17gz.org/.The institution code of SWU is 10635, and the type of study abroad program is B.

Note: please use the same email box.

第二步

Step 2

2月22日前，登录https://studyinchina.csc.edu.cn完成网上注册。

Before February 22,Log in to https://studyinchina.csc.edu.cn to complete the online registration.

第三步

Step3

3月6日前，相关学院对申请人进行复审、远程面试或笔试。

注：通过院系复审的申请者将进入西南大学终审。

提交申请后，请定期查看申请时填写的邮箱，以免漏掉面试通知和录取结果通知邮件。

Before March 6，Academic evaluation will be provided by the college or faculty you apply for.

Note: If you pass the academic evaluation, you will go in for

university-level internal evaluation.

You are strongly recommended to regularly check the email box that you have used to apply in order not to miss the interview notification and admission result notification email.

第四步

Step4

3月31日前，学校评审小组终审，并推送终审名单。

Be fore March 31,Pre-admitted students will be selected based on the university-level internal evaluation.confirm the final list.

第五步

Step5

预计将于6月中下旬公布录取名单

Admissions are expected to be announced in late June.

注：境外学生入校报到事宜将根据中国入境政策另行通知。

Note: Requirements concerning your registration at SWU will be notified in due time in accordance with China's immigration policy.

注：

1. 根据奖学金管理办法，国际学生在华学习期间只能获得一种奖学金资助。

2. 已经获得某类奖学金资助的国际学生，在中国学习期间不能申请和转换成新的奖学金类型。

3. 温馨提示：高水平研究生项目、联合奖学金项目、丝绸之路项目均为中国政府奖B类子项目，申请者不可重复申请。

Note:

1. According to Scholarship Regulations, all international students can be covered by only one type of Scholarship when international students study in China.

2. International students who are already covered by a certain type of scholarship are not eligible to apply for and switch to a new type of scholarship while studying in China.

3.ImportantNotice:The High-Level Graduate Program, Joint Scholarship Program, and Silk Road Program are all sub-programs under Category B of the Chinese Government Scholarship.Applicants are ONLY allowed to apply for one of thesesub-programs
