西南大学中国政府奖学金“高水平研究生项目”招生已启动，请于2026年2月15日前完成申请。请仔细阅读《2026-2027学年度西南大学中国政府奖学金高水平研究生项目招生办法》

以下是关键流程和要求：

第一步

2月15日前，登录https://studyinchina.csc.edu.cn 完成网上注册，西南大学的机构代码为10635，留学项目种类为B。

同时，登陆https://swu.17gz.org/完成“西南大学国际学生管理平台”的注册申请。

注：请使用同一个邮箱进行申请。

第二步

2月27日前，外国学生招生办公室对申请人进行初步审核。

第三步

3月6日前，相关学院对申请人进行复审、远程面试或笔试。

注：通过院系复审的申请者将进入西南大学终审。

提交申请后，请定期查看申请时填写的邮箱，以免漏掉面试通知和录取结果通知邮件。

第四步

3月13日前，学校评审小组终审。

第五步

3月20日前，导师指导拟推荐人选制定来华学习计划。

外国学生招生办公室将退回拟推荐人选在CSC系统的申请并制作预录取通知书，拟推荐人需上传预录取通知书至CSC系统并再次提交申请。

注：预录取通知书不代表你已经被正式录取。

第六步

3月31日前向国家留学基金委报送推荐人选

第七步

5月至6月，国家留学基金委组织学科专家对各校预录取学生分学科评审，完成最终录取并通知奖学金获得者。

第八步

预计7月-8月，JW201表和通知书将通过studyinchina.csc.edu.cn发送至你的申请邮箱。同时，纸质录取通知书将通过西南大学外国学生招生办公室寄出，请确保邮寄地址准确。

注：姓名、性别、国籍、出生日期、护照号码、学制等，上述信息与JW201表挂钩，若个人信息有误将无法修改，该情况直接导致签证失败，失去来校就读资格。

一旦发现申请材料不实等相关情况，申请者将被取消录取资格并拉入我校黑名单永不录取；在读者将予以处分包括但不限于：取消奖学金，勒令退学、开除，相关情况也将报送国家留学基金委和出入境管理局。

Notice to apply for2026-2027Chinese Government Scholarship-High Level Postgraduate Program (Type B)

The following are major steps of application and selection:

Step 1

Before Feb. 15，Log in to https://studyinchina.csc.edu.cn to complete the online registration. The institution code of SWU is 10635, and the type of study abroad program is B.

Andpleasealsolog in to https://swu.17gz.org/ “Southwest University International Student Service System to complete the online registration.

Note: please use the same emailbox.

Step 2

Before Feb. 27，Qualification assessment will be made by International Students Admission Office for applications.

Step3

Before March6，Academic evaluation will be provided by the college or faculty you apply for.

Note: Ifyoupass the academic evaluation, you will go in for university-level internal evaluation.

You are strongly recommended toregularly check the email box that you have used to apply in order not to miss the interview notification and admission result notification email.

Step4

BeforeMarch 13

Pre-admitted studentswill be selected based on the university-level internal evaluation.

Step 5

Before Match 20，Pre-admitted students will be guided by supervisor tocompletestudy-in-Chinaproposal.

International Students Admission Office will return theCSC applicationof the pre-admitted student and issue the SWU Pre-Admission Letter which should beuploaded on to studyinchina.csc.edu.cn.

Note: Pre-Admission Letter does not mean you are officially admitted.

Step 6

Before March31

Southwest University will send the roster of pre-admitted students to CSC Council.

Step 7

FromMayto June,CSC organizes subject experts to review the pre-admitted students of each university by subject, decide the final admission roster and notify the scholarship recipients.

Step 8

From July to August，Studyinchina.csc.edu.cn.will sendJW201 form and notification letter to your application email address.Meanwhile, thepaper acceptance letter willsent through Student Admissionofficeof Southwest University, please make sure the mailing address is accurate.

Note:Personal information such as name, gender, nationality, date of birth, passport number, and academic system is linked to the JW201form. If any personal details are incorrect, which is not able to be modified. The situation will directly case visa rejection, then you will lose the chance to study in SWU.

Once any situation such as untrue information in the application materials is discovered, the applicant will have their admission qualification revoked and be placed on our blacklist, with permanent ineligibility for future admission. For current students found in such circumstances, disciplinary actions will be taken, including but not limited to the cancellation of scholarships, expulsion from school, and dismissal. Relevant information will also be reported to Chinese Scholarship Council and Exit-Entry Administration Bureau.
