一、基本信息
耿军，男，安徽怀远人。语言学及应用语言学博士，副教授，硕士生导师。西南大学国际学院副书记、副院长（兼）。重庆市语言学会理事、中文联盟常务理事。曾任泰国孔敬大学孔子学院中方院长（2021-2023）。创办《汉学与国际中文教育》国际刊物并先后担任主编、副主编。《汉语大字典》注音修订专家。
主要从事国际中文教育、历史语言学研究。在《语言研究》《语言教学研究（Language Teaching Research）》等国内外刊物发表学术论文30余篇；在中华书局、西南大学出版社出版专著、教材8部；主持完成国家社科项目、教育部社科项目及其他各类项目10项，参研国家社科、教育部社科、高校古委会等重大、重点、一般项目10余项。主持完成的国家社科项目“古今韵会举要校本”获得“优秀”结项等级。专著《中原音韵校本》（第二作者）获得江苏省社科二等奖，并被列为2019年“中华学术外译项目”书目，现已完成翻译并由英国帕斯国际出版社出版。作为主要作者参与编写的《二十世纪汉语音韵学史稿》入选2022年国家社科成果文库，并获得2025年江苏省社科成果一等奖。参研的国家社科基金重点项目“韩国传世汉字韵书集成”已结项出版，并获得全国古籍出版社百佳图书二等奖。

ENGLISH INTRODCTION
Ⅰ PERSONAL BASIC INFORMATION
Geng Jun, male, native of Huaiyuan, Anhui Province. He holds a Doctoral degree in Linguistics and Applied Linguistics, and is an Associate Professor and Master’s Supervisor. He serves as Deputy Party Secretary and Concurrent Vice Dean of the College of International College, Southwest University.
He is a Director of the Chongqing Linguistics Society and Executive Director of the Chinese Language Alliance. He worked as the Chinese Director of the Confucius Institute at Khon Kaen University, Thailand from 2021 to 2023. Dr. Geng founded the international Journal of Sinology and International Chinese Language Education, and has successively served as its Editor-in-Chief and Associate Editor. He is also a specialist responsible for phonetic transcription revisions of the Grand Chinese Dictionary. His main research interests lie in International Chinese Language Education and Historical Linguistics.
He has published more than 30 academic papers in domestic and overseas journals including Studies in Language and Linguistics and Language Teaching Research. 8 monographs and textbooks compiled by him have been published by Zhonghua Book Company and Southwest University Press. He has presided over and completed 10 research projects sponsored by the National Social Science Fund of China, Humanities and Social Sciences Fund of the Ministry of Education and other institutions, and participated in over 10 major, key and general research projects supported by the National Social Science Fund, the Ministry of Education and the National Committee for Ancient Book Collation of Universities.
His self-presided National Social Science Fund Project A Collated Annotated Edition of Gujin Yunhui Juyao passed the final evaluation with an “Excellent” grade. The monograph A Collated Annotated Edition of Zhongyuan Yinyun (second author) won the Second Prize of Jiangsu Provincial Outstanding Achievements in Philosophy and Social Sciences. It was selected for the 2019 Chinese Academic Translation Project, whose translated version has been published by Paasche International Publishing House.
A History of Chinese Phonology Studies in the 20th Century, for which he was a core contributor, was included in the 2022 National Social Science Fund Achievements Library and awarded the First Prize of Jiangsu Provincial Outstanding Achievements in Philosophy and Social Sciences in 2025. The key National Social Science Fund project he participated in, A Comprehensive Collection of Traditional Chinese Rhyme Books Handed Down in Korea, has been completed and published, and received the Second Prize of the National Top 100 Ancient Books issued by ancient books publishing houses nationwide.
